If you have ever considered a safari holiday then you might want to know where the best places in the world to go are. Well Africa has always been the best place in the world where you can go on safari, so here are some of the best resorts.

In Kenya there is the Porini Wilderness Safari. The advantage with this place is that you book it as a Safari bundle. There are actually three economically friendly bush camps that you will be staying in while on your safari quest. All of these camps have been built to have as little effect on the environment as possible. The guides are world renowned for being experienced and great tours; they are all accompanied with a 4X4 wheel Jeep.

This one is for those that want to see some of the most dangerous animals in the world. The Maasai Mara Big Cat Safari, this is in the Maasai Mara reserve in Kenya and offers some of the most amazing animals in the world. If you want to see a Lion, then this is the place to be, this is where they are most plentiful in one area, but you have to keep your wits about you. You get escorted around in some large open door 4X4 jeeps, this make for a thrilling ride and experience!  Kenya Safari holidays have become th most popular in the world.

Next is a truly majestic safari, the Zambia Classic Safari. What’s also great here is that this safari crosses through several parks two of which are the Zambezi and Livingstone Park. There are two main stunning features on this safari. The one that everybody considers a great creature is the Elephant, they are massive and powerful, yet very majestic. The biggest and most amazing of all of these features is this one, the Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Diving holidays have been very popular here for the falls have a hidden secret called the Devil’s Armchair.

So what is the point in travelling all that way to Africa, when all you need to do is take a drive down the road? The animals in the zoo will behave very differently to those in the wild, so you don’t really get the real thing. Well the best way to decide on one of the two is to weigh up the pros and cons of the two.

We’ll start with the Zoo. Right off the bat, it is much, much cheaper. These animals are great, and the zoo gives everybody the chance to meet them, although they are behind bars or a sheet of glass. The chance to see these animals is rare, but a zoo offers this chance to everybody, in some cases you can actually interact with these animals (probably not the dangerous ones). It isn’t exactly that far to travel either is it. Well at least the zoo is only a short drive away, a Safari could be a 10 hour flight. The fact that these animals are at your fingertips also offers an exciting, enjoyable and educational experience for everyone, taking your children couldn’t be easier.

So now let’s take a look at the Safari. Well, this is where it gets difficult for some people to understand how amazing these holidays are. This is a holiday that you only really need to go on once, but after you have been, you will want to go back again. The chance to spend a couple of weeks in Africa in the world should be snapped up by any body. Hearing the roar of a lion may be intimidating in the wild, but is truly exciting as well. Safari’s may be expensive, but you will be glad you invested in one, however it probably isn’t a good idea to take the whole family. You will hear astonishing stories that your guide will tell you about and some of them are considered luxury holidays.

Think carefully when you go to the zoo the next time, the more you see these animals in captivity the more you will want to see them in the wild, you never know you might end up wanting a Kenya safari!

Animals have been dying out all over the world for many different reasons. But what do we think the main key is between these animals going extinct. If you really think about it, you will understand that we are the main cause!

An endangered species is a term used to describe a species whose numbers have become so low it is at risk of becoming extinct. There are things that we are not responsible for like evolution, species going extinct because they cannot keep up with evolutionary change are not our fault. We must accept responsibility for a lot of the problems that have occurred. The Safari was just used as a hunting expedition, it was designed for those that had a lot of money and high stature. All the animals that have been hunted an killed and now at the brink of extinction.

We do not hunt all that many animals now as we did say a hundred years ago (mainly because they are all gone). But you cant hunt any of these animals any more, because they are protected by law. Now instead of hunting them and killing them we are trying to save them. Safari is the best way to get people on side, or to teach them about some of the problems in the world. Diving holidays have become very popular in the eyes of many governments to try and the marine life before it gets to even worse stages.

Pollution is proving to be another major problem; we may not be shooting these animals anymore. However our actions in the rest of the world are causing damage to the entire environnement. We need to start showing people what they can do to help save the planet, yet enjoy themselves at the same time. Kenya safari holidays are a great way to have fun and see the world.

In Africa you can be sure to find all kinds of diverse and different cultures, creatures and a very deep past. If you want to be enthralled by some truly amazing history then visit Africa, the oldest country in the world.

The first recorded detailed writings in Africa were those written by the Egyptians in 4000 BC. It was really striking how much acumen they had acquired over the years, the managed to demonstrate their abilities by constructing structures of massive proportion that have lasted for thousands of years. If you take the first detailed writings of the world to be the sign of the first civilization, then the Egyptians were at the top of the list. Even before this, over 100,000 years ago, the plains of Africa were very different. Fossils showed that they supported Homo sapiens, which are the same genus as us.

The African Countryside was as said, very different to the desolate plains it is now. After the ice age had happened at around ten millennia in the past, the land of what we call the Sahara Desert was all grassland. Thanks to land like this, the options for farming would have been easy. Because of the positioning of Africa on our Globe, the area begun to dry up and Desertification took place. These people would then have had to migrate to plains with more grassland. By 3000 BC some civilizations across the world but specifically in Africa had started domesticating animals like horses and donkeys to do farming work.

Africa has been celebrated for its completely unique art. It would be impossible for you to find the amount of assorted arts and cultures in any other country compared to that of Africa. Regardless of where you travel through Africa, a person will be able to locate a different piece of culture from different sectors. It is very clear however, that all across North and South Africa the sculpture of people was spread. They have created this in the image of those that have passed away, people that were or are still loved ones, or gods and chiefs. The African speciality was Abstract art, they created much of it, but recently they have become quite skilled at creating pieces of Contemporary art~The African speciality was Abstract art, they created much of it, but recently they have become quite skilled at creating pieces of Contemporary art.

The best way to find out about Africa yourself; is to go on Safari. Kenya safari has become a popular holiday to find out more about the Land of Africa.
