All of sudden holiday time has appeared, and you have a choice. If you have considered going to America then you will find that these two holidays are very appealing. So here are two very different holidays for you to indulge in.

Now I know that these are very different because one is a city and one is a state. Surely this means that Florida will win hands down. However Vegas, excuse me, is holding a few cards up its sleeve. There is a different reason to decide on each one of the holidays. Now the choice is here, your holiday, or the family holiday.

Las Vegas is the place for you, it doesn’t really appeal to the younger ones of the family mainly because there isn’t much for them to do here. But for you, the adult, there are all kinds of different activities for you enjoy. I promise you that being bored is not an option, they don’t understand what it means. In fact there are some amazing sites for you to see on your Las Vegas holidays. The dancing fountains and the sight of some of these themed casino’s is truly amazing. If you want to hit the bars late at night, then your in luck, this place is all about the night life.

Florida holidays are for the family. Now most people know what you can find here, it is really the theme park capital of the world. Disney world, the largest theme park ever, this is the most immense experience for your children, meeting the seven dwarfs and Mickey mouse. This place holds the key to every child’s imagination, unlocking fantasy lands that are going to keep them entertained for days.

So an adult holiday in Vegas, where if it really gets steamy you could have famous Vegas Weddings or a holiday in Florida, for you and the kids.

If you have ever thought about going on a beach holiday to relax, it will pale in comparison to how much you can relax here? For some reason, Spa holidays have now become one of the most sought after holidays around. I am going to describe to you some of the best locations for spa holidays in the world.

This is the La Royal Meridien Spa and Resort. This spa is located in Dubai, renowned across the world for being luxurious and extremely tasteful. Dubai is the place of luxury and this spa resort is definitely no exception to that. This resort specializes in many different types of treatments. It also has some of the worlds most highly trained professionals and is remarkably cheap for the 5 star services that it provides. All in all these Middle East spa holidays are truly amazing.

Waka Di Ume Ubud Resort and Spa. This is also a five star spa resort and offers many different types of spa resort ranging from Balinese to Lomi Lomi techniques. It also very famous for its healing massage, this helps incorporate body and mind techniques and smooth out the stress from all physical and mental perspectives. These are fantastic Spa hotels with plenty to offer.

This next spa is called the Coco Reef, located in the Caribbean. Although this holiday spa does offer a lot, it will also cost a fair bit as well. Although this resort is in the Caribbean, it doesn’t mean they don’t know how to help you relax. This place puts luxury into luxury spa hotel, the design is flawless and amazing. Go to Florida and head down to Orlando, the sun shining city. You can’t begin to compare Disney World to any other place in the world, it is without a doubt one of a kind, mainly because of its size and its various attractions.

Walt Disney was responsible for creating some of the best known cartoon characters in the world; he was also responsible for the construction of the biggest holiday resort in the world. Disney World as said is the largest of all the tourist resorts, and is also the most visited in the entire world receiving about 17 million visitors just to the Magic Kingdom resort. You will find that this park is not just one massive theme park, it is spilt into 4 different theme parks and twenty three hotels. Orlando holidays have soared because of Disney World.

Next up is the Universal Orlando resort. The Disney world resort is by far the largest resort in the world, this is the second. Universal studios offers a massively wide range of attractions for everybody, it is guaranteed that you will have seen a film that they have an exhibit of here. In 1999 the Resort had two large hotels built when it became apparent that more revenue could be made for people that wanted to stay for a weekend or even a week. Thanks to this Theme park, the employment rate is high in this area, they employ a huge amount of staff and attract lots of tourism.

Last but by no means is least, the Sea World Orlando. This is probably the most stunning of all the sea life resorts around. This resort is the seventh most visited resort in the world with around 6 million people visiting annually. It is hard to explain Sea World as a sea life centre becuase really it is more of a theme park, it wouldn’t be right to play down the fact it has roller coasters and other attractions you might find at a regular theme park. Shamu is the most famous Killer Whale in the world, he performs many tricks and stunts in an arena surrounded by many people and have become the much loved Mascot of the Sea World.

Many people go on America holidays to see these amazing places, it is clear that Orlando is very famous for all these amazing attractions. In Nevada Las Vegas holidays bring a very different format to the holiday destination.

When visiting Orlando a lot of people do go for the Disney World attraction, however you must realise that there is a lot more to this magical place than just theme parks. However everybody should think about some of the other locations in and around Orlando as well.  Consider these American holidays as well:

Some of these resorts are huge and are amazing places to visit. Gatorland is a fun adventure park in Orlando and has a 110 acre park. This is an amazing location, and although it is obvious what is here, there are some amazing things to see. There are over 1000 crocodiles and alligators at this Park. If you want to see something more exciting than marine life in Sea World, then you should visit this place, the Alligators will send shivers down your spine. At the alligator enclosure, you will find some very interesting happenings, there will be alligator wrestling and feedings, and talks about the alligators themselves.

There is the Kennedy Space Centre. Because this Centre is so well known it does not need much of an introduction, it is definitely for the people who want to see what Houston control is really like. If you have never been and you are lucky enough to arrive first time with a rocket on the platform you should really take in the experience. Not all rocket launches have gone as planned, one of the Apollo rockets being a famous example. If you go on the bus tour, which is highly recommended, you will see crocodiles all over the place, this is because they cannot be removed from their natural environment. The Mirror Memorial for the astronauts that have lost their lives is quite stunning.

The Silver Springs are another inspiring location. They are one of the largest artesian springs in the world and contain some amazing wildlife. It is possible to go on one of the Glass bottomed boat tours so that you can visit the wildlife under the water and see how clear everything is. Much like all of the other resorts in Florida this one too has a small theme park as well. These three locations are Great Orlando Holidays destinations.

Holidays like Las Vegas holidays have over shadowed these kinds of holidays and that shouldn’t really be the case when you have places like these to visit.

Egypt is very large and is up in the north east of Africa. These holidays are designed for people to come and relax, enjoy the sights and if you want maybe embark on a small adventure.

One of Egypt’s most prominent features is obviously its pyramids. At the end of its completion, the Great Pyramid stood over 140 metres high. Because these were designed for gods these structures needed to be of huge proportion. The Great Pyramid of Giza was built around 2561 BC, that’s about 4500 years ago. Egypt has a fantastically preserved history, the Pyramids being a part of it. The Sight of the Nile or the Sphinx is enough persuasion to get anyone to go to Egypt.

The holiday resorts in Egypt are gorgeous as well. They are truly beautiful sites to behold. Just like the Pyramids even the resorts that you can stay in today are heavenly. Head off to Alexandria and experience Egypt’s life in the City, you can stay in some amazing hotels. Egypt has held some of the Ancient wonders of the World. Many years ago, Alexandria did contain one of the Seven Wonders of The World. This Lighthoue was built over two thousand years ago, it was thought that it towered at about one hundred and thirty five metres tall, it was severely damaged by an earthquake and fell a few years later.

Still in all of these places like Alexandria is the evidence of a powerful and unique ancient civilization that used to roam the world many years ago. Egypt holidays aren’t all just about the site seeing though. Diving has become a big tourist pull in Egypt, it has allowed them to turn over much more money in the tourism industry due to the beautiful diving sites in the Red Sea.

Luxury holidays in Egypt have been a growing attraction to tourists all over the world, and with trips to the Pyramids and the likes of Mount Sinai Caribbean holidays have a new holiday hot-spot contender.

Travel first class; go to beautiful destinations around the world. What better holiday is there if it’s not a luxury one? Luxury holidays have sometimes just been the thing of dreams, but most prices are falling and can be afforded by many more of us? All the prices from all the companies around the world are coming down, just to get more people to go abroad with them.

When you consider this, the thought of going on a luxury holiday for a fair amount more than going to your beach, seems pointless.

What you need to do is decide a couple of months before you plan your holiday if you can save up a little extra cash, if you are going to go on luxury holidays, now is the time to do it. The Prices are down so it wont take that long to save up for the finances. So why not just save up some cash for yourself to enjoy a nice holiday.

In the Caribbean is some of the worlds most amazing wildlife and scenery. Three of these islands have become some of the most popular holiday destinations in the world, and are now some of the most sought after holidays during the summer.

Tobago has always been a fantastical cricket destination. Everyone who knows about cricket knows how mad these people are about it. Small in area, this island is big in personality, it can offer everyone a fun packed vacation. You can visit one of the world oldest rain forests and even join in on some cricket games, but only if the locals let you. This Island is all about scuba diving, there is a massive amount of underwater marine life and is a huge money spinner for this area. Tobago holidays are exciting and fun.

Quickly becoming the place to go is Grenada. Grenada is only slightly larger than Tobago but is very different, it supports a wide range of its original cultures, so lots for people to see and visit. Grenada is one of those places where the cultures of its people have been preserved and looked after very well. You must visit a traditional Flamenco dance shows in the evenings, the music and the dancing will hold you entranced. Going on a little adventure is a very good idea, if you head off to Las Alpujarnas, you can head down through some Andalusian landscape. Grenada holidays are all about enjoying the surrounding culture.

St Lucia holidays are a fast growing holiday hot-spot. This location is renowned for its general beauty all over the island. If you want to just have the kind of holiday where the scenery is absolutely stunning, then this is a must. St Lucia brings a whole new meaning to beautiful scenery. This Island holiday is for the people that like to relax, go and get yourself pampered and treated like royalty.

Of the Caribbean Islands, St Lucia and Barbados are the most beautiful. They have established a very strong tourism trade and are one of the Caribbean’s biggest holiday hot spots. There history is a little different and so are the Caribbean holidays that they have to offer.

British sailors landed on Barbados in 1625 and realised how much potential it had. Now a large hot-spot for holidays, Barbados brings many tourists to the Caribbean. The British colonials then took slaves over to work on the Sugar Cane plantains that supported Barbados so well. Becoming an independent country was a hard and long challenge for Barbados, but they got there eventually. Barbados Offers us an exciting experience if it is considered as a holiday, adventures and underwater safari’s are available to any body that would like to try it. If you want to have an amazing experience down the beach front, Barbados has a fantastic array of bars, clubs and pubs.

Barbados used to be an out of reach destination because holiday prices were so high, but not in the economic downturn prices have dropped massively. Now you can go in a submarine trip off the coast of the island and see all of the marine life, or go swimming in the coral reef. Barbados holidays are always great fun.

St Lucia on the other hand has a somewhat different history. This was not a place for slaves, this was a place for the upper class. This location was fought over by the French and the British over 14 times. This gave St Lucia the name “Helen of the West Indies” as it was likened to Helena of Troy. Every year on the 22nd of February, the people of St Lucia celebrate the day that they became an Independent state in 1979.

St Lucia is now one of the biggest and best wedding destinations on the planet. It also has its very own, one in the world only, dive through Volcano called the sulphur springs. You embark on St Lucia holidays every year and not get bored of its beauty or its adventurousness.
