It is argued that holidays abroad can be very good for your general health, but the main problem is the heat. There is a lot of evidence to support that the sun can actually be extremely damaging to peoples general health. It can’t really be as bad as this though, can it?

If you live in the Caribbean you will find that you can deal with the heat a lot better than others from colder countries. If you don’t visit that often, then it will be harder to cope with. The time it takes to burn the skin without sun lotion is minimal in hot countries. This is an area that needs to be focused on, the sun can cause a lot of damage to the skin, but only in extreme doses.

In order to stop you getting sun burnt, make sure that you apply sun cream. This simply moisturises into the skin but provides block from the damaging rays of the sun. We do have to take into account some of these problems, but what are they? Sometimes the extreme heat can cause you to feel nausea or can cause some people to pass out. This can become sun stroke, which isn’t fun for anybody. Amy Winehouse seems to be the latest victim of Sun Stroke, claiming that Michael Jackson spoke to her in her dreams and told her to stop taking drugs.

The best way to combat sun stroke are to get under the shade every now and then to cover yourself. Many people believe that swimming in the sea or in a pool can actually help dull the effects of sun burn or sun stroke. However this is not the point, although it can help with sun stroke, if you don’t have any sun lotion on, then it can actually be much worse than normal.

Although the sun does have the ability to be a bad thing, if you’re careful Caribbean holidays and Diving holidays can be enjoyable.

The only problem with holidays in hot places, is not taking care of yourself when the sun starts beating down. There is much proof, that shows the sun can damage people’s health quite severely. Can it really be that bad though?

Most of the people that were either born in the Caribbean or have lived there for a long time will have more tolerance to the sun. If you don’t visit that often, then it will be harder to cope with. The time it takes to burn the skin without sun lotion is minimal in hot countries. But this can only happen if this is not treated well, if you don’t keep an eye on it, then it could get very bad, in some extreme circumstances resulting in skin cancer.

The best way to look after your skin in the sun, and probably the easiest, is to just apply some sun screen. This simply moisturises into the skin but provides block from the damaging rays of the sun. What we need to determine, is how serious are these problems? Becoming sleepy and feeling off balance is a sign that the sun and the heat are really getting to you. The problem is this can manifest itself as sun stroke. Amy Winehouse seems to be the latest victim of Sun Stroke, claiming that Michael Jackson spoke to her in her dreams and told her to stop taking drugs.

The best way to combat sun stroke are to get under the shade every now and then to cover yourself. People often have the misconception that swimming can prevent sun stroke and sun burn. Unfortunately this is not the case, although it does help with sun stroke, if you don’t have any sun cream or lotion on, then it can actually be much worse than normal.

Although the sun does have the ability to be a bad thing, if you’re careful Caribbean holidays and Diving holidays can be enjoyable.

Why go to Vegas when you can gamble with your fingers!!

It is hard to tell when we really started gambling, the only thing we are sure of is that it has always been around. If the business is turning over 100 billion pounds, it is going to have a lot of competition. Basically this shows that if everyone in the world had access to the Internet they would have to bet at least 15 pounds each year.

The majority of this is thanks to the internet. Internet gambling has really taken off, probably more than anybody first imagined. The chance to just sit in the peacefulness of your own home and have fun enjoying a casino like gambling table at the press of your finger tips is massive fun and easily to obtain. Unless these sites are run by people from Las Vegas, surely we are stopping the mainstream of cash flow into Vegas? Are people going to stop going abroad to gamble because they can enjoy it at home?

Vegas holidays have always been popular; the gambling scene is massive with a whole range of 5 star hotels to stay in at very low costs. Even thought the cost of going to Vegas is very high, you wont have to worry about having a bad time. Actually sitting at these tables is good fun, you feel really deep set in the game, you will also be more conservative with your money. However i have never really had that much faith in gambling online. It is impossible to tell if you are being conned or not? Although gambling is unpredictable, I believe that on internet sites, if you go through a losing streak you may be tempted to think the site is cheating you making you a little paranoid.

So Las Vegas holidays are although expensive, very fun, they provide you with hands on experience and a great holiday, not to mention possible Vegas weddings, plus you can’t get married over the internet…….. Yet!

Other areas that have benefitted from gambling are Florida holidays, Orlando being quite a popular place.

People all across the world believe there is an epidemic with children becoming over-weight. It has become clear that the children in western countries are being bullied by all for being to “fat”. Instead of making people feel uncomfortable about their weight, especially children, we should be trying to find new ways to improve it.

Everybody says that we do our bit for our children to help them eat healthily. Eating greens, vegetables and fruit can be very boring, so we need to find something else to keep them happy. So you need to try and find them something enjoyable and proactive to weight loss?

Well the one easiest way to do this, is to get them trying something that they enjoy. The trick is to get them involved with something that they enjoy and isn’t immediately apparent that it is exercise. Now Diving is one example, although expensive abroad could inspire them to get into swimming. The main question is, do you have any holidays booked this year? If you don’t but your planning on it, maybe you should consider diving holidays. They may be a little pricier than your average holiday but the prices are falling dramatically.

What you want to do is take them on one of these holidays and really get them involved in it. Then you have them in the trap, you can slowly lead them in the direction of swimming or something when you get back home.

The main point to this is trying something that may cost a little bit for one time. After going diving and enjoying themselves there is then the opportunity for them to go off and try swimming when you get back home. Another interesting one is to go out and go on a Safari; these are great for inspiring environmental thinking, leading to hiking trails or any other things outside back at home.

Spending a holiday on three Caribbean Islands and swimming with Dolphins!

It was time for me to get out of the country and go on a decent holiday. It was time that i went and got on a plane and got away from everything, i have been working as a lawyer non-stop for the past 15 years and needed some time to relax. So starting off this new journey, what better idea is there than heading off to the Caribbean?

So I booked a two week holiday that would take me to three islands. First off, was the Bahamas, the largest of the three islands. I thought to myself that when i get here i just want to chill by the beach, little did i know i was going to find something i really wanted to try. The dolphins were amazing, I went swimming with them and they almost seemed to be very patient with me. Probably the smartest animal in the world, they are very friendly and intelligent. Any cost is worth this experience, i had one whole hour on my own with a trainer and a dolphin. The Bahamas was great, so far Caribbean holidays, well worth it.

So next I was taken to St Lucia. This was a pretty island, it’s beauty enthralled me, i even spotted myself a celebrity in the form of Amy Winehouse. Everyone kept on describing St Lucia to me as a sandy island with beaches and clear blue seas, which is true, but they forgot to mention the rain forest as well. Our guide took us out on a safari in the Caribbean, truly amazing. I had heard a lot about St Lucia holidays, but seeing it first hand was brilliant.

Next up was a real treat, Barbados. I had been looking forward to this last part of my holiday, I have always wanted to go on Barbados holidays, but it has not been completely available to me. This was the night life island, going out in the evenings was great fun and I had the most wonderful time, I would recommend these holidays to anyone that asks.
