As we already know we are in the midst of one of the biggest credit crunches that the world has seen for a long time, we have seen huge companies get weak at the knees and collapse and people get made redundant left right and centre.
Every business throughout the world is trying to save themselves money, there are two ways to do this either by sacking people or giving them that extra bit of time off.
Companies are searching for ways to reward staff that does not involve giving them a pay rise. The best way to actually do this is simply by increasing overall holiday time. But this has a major benefit, for one of two reasons.
1) Staff are not very happy at the moment, simply because they do not know whether they are coming or going, giving employees extra holidays is infact telling them that there jobs are safe. Making them work a huge amount better.
2) It helps businesses save a huge amount of money, because instead of giving them payrises they can rewards them with extra holidays.
Summing up this is a great method and technique that both employees and employers can benefit from, in my opinion the employers will save themselves a huge amount of money and in return the staff will be more relaxed because they will have more time to spend on themselves and could go on holiday or safari holidays at least twice a year.
