My idea is to buy one and then put in on Vacation Rentals by the week. What is the occupancy rate (weeks inside a year) that Holiday Rental Houses close to Disney (Florida) have? I hear occupancy might be minimum 25 weeks inside a year and someone else tells me it is minimum 35 weeks in a year. Can anybody help with any info?
